The film was produced in English, and dubbed in German. Produced by Bob McSummit and Joe Martin for Artigas, narrated by Alka. Features eighties techno and graphics. A companion to the book Die Silicon Valley Story.

The film features a brief image of the animatronic Chuck E. Cheese mouse, which is now part of the Perham Collection of Early Electronics at History San Jose. The collection was formerly housed at the Foothill Electronics Museum.
