Ego-Noria was released in 1999 by Sydney Australian Metal Masters Cryogenic and was the follow up to 1997 Suspended Animation. It was a massive punch to the face in the Aussie metal scene with Cryo shattering eardrums with their blistering live performances and metal chops inspiring the youth of the day in the ways of metal. The connection to Aussie metal band Mortality through Maloney was also well known with the album Structure being a fan favourite in the metal scene.
Cryogenic played along side bands such as Damaged, Psikore, Jerk, Hedmess and many more within the Aussie Metal scene.
