Limn is a solo piece for guitar and occasional shadings with voice.
The performer moves through a score showing retunings of the guitar strings, while playing only open strings and natural harmonics. The music varies between simple consonances and dense spectral harmony, and it is a part of an ongoing exploration of the harmonic and timbral possibilities of live retuned guitar.
