This is the first premiere of an album created by TEIAO in memory of his father.

From My Soul was born from the need to understand what it meant to say goodbye after a long psychiatric illness. From witnessing the silence, the fatigue, and the distance… but also those sudden sparks of life that still appeared when something truly touched his heart.

"There are days when everything feels heavy. The body drags, the mind shuts down, and the medication seems stronger than oneself.

But it only took something that truly moved him, a football match, his grandchildren, a business deal, for everything to change. As if his energy had just been waiting for a sign to awaken.

This track is born from that contrast: the imposed exhaustion and the vitality that bursts forth when something touches our soul.

Because there is something inside that doesn’t stop, even when everything around seems to. That something lives within and doesn’t understand diagnoses or prescriptions."
