Quilt of Valor 1/29/2026

Описание: I think it's time now. I have been very quiet about why the last year and a half has been so sporadic on my channel. Aside from the summer months when the minions are out of school.

I have struggled with losing my Dad. Who passed away after being Over Treated for cancer and Dropped by his medical team. Sadly it happens more than you know.

My Dad was a Navy Veteran, he enlisted when he was 17 in the 1970s and did a World Tour onboard a ship. To my knowledge, he didn't see any "action", but who knows. It was long before I was even thought of.

When Donna ‪@HandmadebyYingwithDonna‬ started thinking about this project, she asked if I would participate. I said Maybe. Mostly because I didn't have much red white and blue in my stash and had no idea where it even was!

But, I found it, drug it out into the light, and started prepping it for use. So here is the beginning of my QOV project.

Make sure to mark the outside of the package with QOV, and include just the quilt top and binding. The foundation has backing fabric and longarmers who have volunteered to finish the quilts themselves.
