Raiden 25th Anniversary Arrangement Project - Raiden III - Level 3 - Dawn of Sorrow

Описание: I've been planning this for some time now, though I figured now is just about the time to get going with this sort of project. In preparation for Raiden's 25th anniversary, I've made a series of arrangements on music from the arcade video game series for the fun of it.

The intention and inspiration for this series of arrangements come in the light that Raiden IV took a hand in arranging some of the older pieces of music from previous games and figured that I could probably try doing that as well to the pieces that haven't been adapted or arranged. My intention isn't to make a "superior" version or to imitate the original composers' work, but rather to give a taste of my hand as I felt it would be worth a tribute to one of my favorite shoot'em ups of all time (and my very first arcade game as well, to boot).

I never got around to arranging all of the music from Raiden III and IV and instead chose to cherry-pick pieces I was most interested in arranging. This plays on the third level in Raiden III and stands out to me as probably being the most "Raiden II"-styled piece through the entire game. My arrangement focuses on blending it with similar assets to make it fit alongside Raiden IV's music as was everything else based for this arrangement project.

Raiden is the property of Seibu Kaihatsu and MOSS and I in no way intend to take that away. This is simply work done by a fan for the sake of entertainment.
