In Delhi, Aam Aadmi Party leader Saurabh Bhardwaj was placed under preventive detention by the Delhi Police after he staged a protest at the site of a fatal accident in West Delhi's Janakpuri area. The incident occurred on the intervening night of Thursday and Friday while the victim was returning home from Rohini Sector 10.
