Thanks to the BTS automation linking the roving frames with the ring spinning machines, the installation delivers outstanding efficiency: Hubei Jinlifeng now produces up to 15 tons of yarn per day using just five roving frames.
In addition to increased productivity, the company reports improved yarn quality and significantly fewer breaks in the yarn during downstream processes since installing the Autospeed 5A. The roving frame also stands out for its easy maintenance, convenient operation and high level of safety, supported by intelligent sensor technology.
