◆ Ingredients材料 ◆
★ Glutinous Rice Recipe 糯米糕食谱 ★
• 500g Glutinous Rice 糯米
• 1.5 tsp Salt 盐
• 200ml Coconut Milk 椰奶
• 350ml Water 清水
• 20g Cooking Oil 食用油
★ 椰丝炒料 Shredded Coconut ★
• 200g Shredded Coconut 白椰丝
• 100g Shallots 小红葱
• 3 Red Chilies 红辣椒
• 10g Dried Chilies 辣椒干
• 3 Lemongrass 香茅
• 50g Cooking Oil 食用油
• 5g Balachan 峇拉煎
• 3g Turmeric Powder 黄姜粉
• 5g Coriander Powder 芫荽粉
• 1 tbsp Cooking Oil 食用油
• 60g Dried Shrimps 虾米
• 1 tsp Salt 盐
• 30g Sugar 白糖
• 1 tsp Pepper 胡椒粉
