Hi, everybody, Andy here with etrailer.com. And today we're taking a look at this Shocker pintle hook attachment for Shocker bumper hitches with a 3-inch drop and a gross towing weight of 16,000 pounds. Now this pintle hook attachment is designed to work with the Shocker Hitch Air, XRC, XR, and Impact series bumper-mounted hitches. This heavy duty pintle hook works with 6 inch outer diameter and 3 inch inner diameter pintle rings and it adjusts to a 3-inch drop. Just to show you how this opens. This does include an attached pin and clip to secure your hook.

And you'll just lift up this t-handle to release that spring within, and that is how easy it is to open up this hook. You can put your ring in and then you just close this down and then that spring will allow this handle to close and it's gonna be locked in. And then just add to that security with this attached pin and clip attached with this chain so you're not going to lose it. The gross towing weight is 16,000 pounds and the tongue weight is 1600 pounds and the attachment pin hole diameter is 5/8 of an inch. Now this is shot blasted and powder coated to prevent rust.
