Visualisations of a 5 storey block in Dartmouth Park. Update: refused by Camden's planning committee on Thursday 29th January at the Town Hall, Judd Street.
Camden's planning officers recommended approval but the committee voted unanimously to refuse the scheme due to its height, bulk and design. On discussing the balance between damage to the conservation area and public benefit, the case officer explained that the developer could make no financial contribution towards affordable housing, as the scheme was currently 'unviable'.
