Anthony Wright sold drugs from the scene which also housed a day care center.
He faced serious charges including firing an AK 47 in a residential neighborhood.
If Donovan is convicted, Mr Wright's deal with the DA guarantees he will not serve time for these charges.
He is currently the star witness in a 30-count conspiracy case here in South Queens.

Jason White, the driver and co-conspirator, took a 7 year deal.
He robbed Anthony Wright earlier that year at the same location, with the same partner as the crime that Donovan has been charged in.
He was given immunity for this robbery in exchange for his testimony.

Craig Glover, the shooter, was convicted of felony murder, without a trial, as he accepted a plea deal.
At Donovan's first trial, he was prepared to testify in Donovan's defense.
He was denied that opportunity.
