New Delhi: CPM politburo which met here on Monday has decided that there should be no electoral ties between Congress. The PB decided not to have any ties with congress rejecting the CPM general secretary's opinion.The CPM central committee will now discuss the PB's decision and also will take up the stand taken by general secretary Sitaram Yechury that CPM can have ties with Congress.
