Set amidst the kaleidoscopic backdrop of the kite flying festival, ‘Amdavad Ma Famous’, witnesses the transformation of an 11-year-old Zaid, from a boy next door to an aggressive and a passionate kite runner.

Winner of more than 15 National and International awards including the 2015 National Film Award for Best Non Feature Film, Amdavad Ma Famous (Famous In Ahmedabad) is set during the kaleidoscopic backdrop of the biggest kite-flying festival in India, The film witnesses the transformation of an 11-year-old Zaid from a boy next door to an aggressive and a passionate kite-runner, till he comes across a challenge that threatens to keep him away from the one thing he loves.
