A story of my experience exploring the diversity of bird life in Canada. In 2022 I was able to visit the provinces of Alberta, British Columbia, Ontario and Saskatchewan, observing 406 species in the country. Many of these species, in particular shorebirds and grassland birds are experiencing population decline due to loss of habitat.
