An online workshop of the IIHG Bioinformatics Division presented by Jason Ratcliff, MS. Topics covered include Bioconductor and NCBI GEO, and using programmatic methods to access data. Goals of this workshop include introducing common R/Bioconductor data structures, how to work with data in R, a brief description of Object Oriented programming and combining these ideas to apply to accessing public data in GEO.
