Lincoln Tunnel Checkpoint is the one of the supply base where the JTF can retrieve food, medicines and weapons and it is main supply base as this led to the outside of Manhattan. However, the Checkpoint is besieged by Finch, the leader of the rioters and his armed and veteran gang as they have explosive weapons, machine gunners and several snipers trained by Finch, who possibly is ex military. Captain Roy Benitez is in the checkpoint and the rioters threaten to destroy the floodgate which cut the supply line so the agent is tasked to defeat Finch's gang of rioters, secure the supply line with the outside and bring Roy Benitez back to Base of Operations.
