Hello Ladies, as we have not been able to start up classes again I have videoed 4 sessions, this is the first the Warm up and Cool down session
Do this one first the others are a Core session, a upper body session and a lower body session. I did it like this so you can mix and match to do a short Pilates session daily, to keep you flexible until we next meet. Hope you enjoy them! xx
