This is the first video in a series that we are going to produce to give you an insight into the life of a professional cricketer.

Max Holden is a 19 year-old professional cricketers for Middlesex CCC in county Cricket and a former England under 19 captain.

In this video we meet him at the nets at 7:00am where he was having a hit and bowl before we head to the gym with him while he works out. The video finishes in a cafe where Max usually heads to relax and switch off from Cricket.
