This bad boy is loaded, it helps promote prostate health, digestive health and blood sugar regulation which affects hormonal balance.
So how much should you eat?
1/4 if a cup a day is all you need.
How?!
Throw it in your cereal, make pumpkin seed milk, or make these cookies.
FYI: this is not my cookie recipe, I found it from doctors kitchen some of the ingredients include walnuts, pumpkin seeds, and almond flour.
