Es erklingt zum Auftakt die Hebriden-Ouvertüre von Felix-Mendelssohn-Bartholdy op.26.
Im Anschluss daran bezaubert und die junge Cellistin Maria Zaitseva mit Ihrer
einfühlsamen und virtuosen Darbietung des Werkes von Max Bruch "Kol Nidrei" op.47.

Das Hauptwerk des heutigen Abends ist das Deutsche Requiem op.45
von Johannes Brahms.

Die Chöre im Zusammenspiel mit dem Orchester haben uns ein unvergessliches Erlebnis ermöglicht. Das mit hoher Virtuosität und Hingabe gesungene Werk hat mit der jungen Solistin und dem jungen Solisten zu einem wunderbaren Ganzen gefunden.

This is followed by a captivating performance of this work by the young cellist Maria Zaitseva, who plays with sensitivity and virtuosity.

The choirs, in collaboration with the orchestra, gave us an unforgettable experience. The work, sung with great virtuosity and dedication, came together wonderfully with the young soloists.
