Welcome to The Selcouth Mind! Today we explore a Greek word that relates to both psychology and animals. We also discover how opposites are important to the subconscious mind.
Chameleons and cuttlefish are both able to change their appearance. The famous psychologist Carl Jung theorized that a person changing their beliefs or behaviours is subconscious trying to bring balance to their mind. He originally borrowed the concept from the Greek philosopher Heraciltus.
