In this video we look at the Celtic Language of Welsh, and the Balkan Language of Albanian. Both of these are Indo-European Languages, so how close are they? They both have a Roman heritage, but they also share a history of being a marginalised within vast empires on a western coast. What can we learn about Europe from comparing the histories of these two languages?
