Ingredients:
Bone Suckin' Sauce® Seafood Seasoning & Rub, to cover salmon
Salmon Steaks, 4 (1 inch thick)
Olive Oil, for drizzling over salmon
Lemons, 2 halved
Optional: Chopped Parsley to Garnish
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Brush both sides of the salmon steaks with olive oil. Season generously on both sides with the Bone Suckin’ Sauce® Seafood Seasoning and Rub. Place on the prepared baking sheet, placing a lemon half in the “horseshoe” of the salmon steaks.
Bake for 15 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily.
Serves 4
