Hi everyone. The acidity, flavour & colour of rhubarb go amazingly well together to make an awesome wine.
One of the first fruits (ok its not really a fruit, its just the stalk of a leaf) of the season that makes a fresh, zingy and fruity wine.
It’s really easy to make rhubarb wine, and satisfying too.
If you have some stuffed in the back of the freezer, or way to much to make into crumble or a fool, then get brewing!
Served chilled on a hot summers day, it great with a fruit salad or just on its own as you lay back and enjoy the suns rays.
