(17 Apr 2019) Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov met his Serbian counterpart Ivica Dacic in Moscow on Wednesday.
At a news briefing following the meeting, Lavrov criticised Kosovan authorities for implementing 100% customs fees on goods from Serbia and Bosnia-Herzegovina, which he said was "aimed at stifling" Kosovo-Serbians.
Lavrov also urged the United States and European Union authorities to intervene.
Dacic thanked Lavrov and Russian President Vladimir Putin for their continued support and said Serbia would not be able to defend its governmental interests without Russia's help.
