Описание: In this video, I share my newborn bath with you. This is a sponge bath which is recommended until the babies umbilical cord falls off around 10-14 days following delivery. I also discuss when to give the first actual bath and reasons leaving the vernix on is beneficial for babies. I didn't do my first sponge bath with my baby until 1 week after birth and her skin is soft, flawless, and fabulous. In this video, I give a list of items needed and show our process of giving the bath. Personally, I like holding bathing to part of my night time routine because it's so relaxing and helps my baby fall asleep faster and for longer time periods. I hope that this video helps with taking care of a newborn, especially first time moms. This is my second child, but it feel like a new mom all over again.
