Topock, also known as Golden Shores, is an interesting small town with around 2,000 people depending on the season. A diverse community with a shared like for small town non complicated living but with all the amenities in nearby Needles, Ca, Laughlin, NV, Bullhead and Lake Havasu City, AZ,
At Topock the Colorado River separates Arizona and California. The Colorado River Valley from Las Vegas, NV to Yuma, AZ on the Southern border with Mexico is a literal playground for Southern Californians and Arizonans alike along with being a Winter Visitor destination for those who are retired and living in cold Northern states and Canada. It's an off-road paradise during all but the hottest months and then it's a boating paradise.
Topock is surrounded by the Havasu National Wildlife Refuge and BLM land. That's Bureau of Land Management. Not the racist one.
