Описание: Spend a cozy fall weekend in New England with us 🍂🐾

We start the day at Four Town Farm in Seekonk, MA, picking up fresh local favorites like Wright’s Farm milk, whipped cream for the pups, maple syrup for a recipe later, and straw for our porch pumpkins. Hazel and Cora (our Rottweilers) came along and basically lived their best farm-dog life.

After the farm, we head home, relax, and get ready for the Seekonk Speedway Pumpkin Smash in Seekonk, Massachusetts. Seekonk Speedway is a long-running professional race track known for its thrill shows, seasonal events, and high-energy atmosphere. The Pumpkin Smash is one of their popular annual fall events where cars race and crush pumpkins in the most dramatic (and messy) way possible. Such a fun Massachusetts tradition.

The next morning, I get in a lower-body workout focused on growing my glutes and strengthening my legs. Simple, effective movements if you’re building your lower body and want results without overcomplicating your routine.

Back home, we make a pumpkin-inspired recipe with the ingredients we picked up at the farm, then get ready for a fall date night at Roger Williams Park Zoo for their Jack-O-Lantern Spectacular in Providence, RI. They showcase hundreds of hand-carved pumpkins featuring everything from the top music streaming artists, the most popular dog breeds, iconic movie themes, and more. It’s family-friendly, super creative, and such a cool fall activity to walk through. We saw a Taylor Swift pumpkin, a Billie Eilish pumpkin, a Tom Brady pumpkin, and even a golden retriever pumpkin that I loved. Every section has its own theme and the creativity is unreal. It’s a super fun, family-friendly walk-through and such a great fall activity.

To end the night, we went to Vanda in Warwick, RI, an Italian restaurant. We shared the focaccia and meatballs, Brendan got the salmon, and I had a shrimp dish.
