Описание: In this video I make a custom jig for this Gibson Thunderbird that spent years un-repaired with a broken headstock. This time I use splines to repair this super narrow and rather vulnerable bass headstock with heavy tuners. I also demonstrate how to flatten a warped pickguard, make a new nut, level the frets, and refinish the repaired headstock.
