In micro-needling we take microscopic needles and allow them to puncture the dermis of the skin. After the treatment the skin's natural healing mechanism kicks in and this stimulates your own collagen and elastin. The treatment is great for stretch marks, scarring, fine lines, wrinkles, open pores and blocked pores and overall, it will improve your skin health. The second method is the roller. You can expect the roller to be used more often on conditions like stretch marks. The Derma pen is the preferred method because it is safe for all skin types, proven for acne scars, very little downtime and it is great for delicate areas like under the eyes.
