The hunting shotgun by Hitman47101 and DeadPool2099 is an awesome weapon mod, but it's missing proper 3rd person animations while in power armor, causing a very slow cycle rate between shots and a broken gun model while reloading.
The aim of this mod is to attempt to "fix" this problem by replacing them with the cycle and reload animations from the lever-action rifle from the Far Harbor DLC. Though the animations don't line of perfectly, it gives it a much smoother cycle rate between rounds, a more functional looking reload, as well as adding the satisfying lever-action sound effect.
This only replaces the two animations while in 3rd person using power armor, and does not touch any of the 1st-person animations or 3rd person out of power armor.
Also works with Bullet Counted Reload System, if you install the optional requirements, allowing for a more tactical feel with shorter timed reloads if the gun is not completely empty.
