As kids are learning to bowl it's quite common for them to develop a hop in their setup stride.
This will obviously limit their bowling ability as they progress and is something you want to fix sooner rather than later.
In this session I show you how to fix this problem through an example of my daughter Hailey who was just learning to bowl.
