Ingredients
Potatoes - 3 medium-sized boiled
Suji/ semolina - 2 tablespoon
Green chili - 2 finely chopped
Salt - as required
Red chili powder - as required
Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Garam masala/ all spice mix - as required
Dry mint powder - as required
Oil - as required
Instructions
Take a bowl, add potato, semolina, green chili, salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, and dry mint powder. Mix it properly.
Apply oil on hands and grease it properly. Take a small ball sized from the mixture and give it a round shape and flatten it. Continue the process until the mixture complete.
Heat oil in a pan. Place tikki in it.
Shallow fry it on low to medium flame. Flip the tikki, once the bottom side turns to golden and crisp.
Flip it again and again, until it cooks properly from both the sides.
Delicious Suji Aloo Tikki is ready to be served.

Once the potatoes are boiled in water, remove them immediately otherwise, it may absorb water and moisture and you would not be able to shape it properly.

Adjust the spice as per taste and requirement.
