Through the support of the KJET Project, Lidsam Investment Cluster is scaling its operations from primary production into value addition, including the processing of herb-infused avocado oil, as well as the production of fruit pulps and juices. This strategic transition from raw produce to high-value processed products is expected to increase farmer incomes, reduce post-harvest losses, and enable the cluster to meet growing demand in both local and international markets.
