DIY Pocker Beech Smoking Pipe

Описание: This is my first project in which I decided to use rather unusual materials. First, there is an old cartridge case from 1914, i.e., from World War I. Second, there is a mouthpiece made of recycled HDPE plastic.
The result is a rather interesting and convenient pipe ready for use with a filter.
The plastic used in this design is food-grade and completely safe for humans. However, because it is quite soft compared to acrylic or ebonite, it is difficult to work with using hand tools. You can see that I was unable to achieve a perfectly smooth surface on the mouthpiece, but this is my first attempt and I will try to improve this result in the future. I may also experiment with the color palette.

Это моя первая работа в которой я решил использовать довольно необычные заготовки. Во первых это старая гильза патрона 1914 года выпуска, т.е. еще со времен 1 мировой войны. Во вторых это мундштук из переработанного HDPE пластика.
В итоге получилась довольно интересная и удобная трубка готовая к использования фильтра.
Пластик примененный в анном дизайне является пищевым и полностью безопасен для человека. Однако из-за того что он довольно мягкий по сравнению с акрилом или эбонитом, его сложно обрабатывать ручным инструментом. Можно заметить что мне так и не удалось добиться идеально ровной поверхности мундштука, но это первый опыт и в будущем я буду пробовать улучшить этот результат, а также можно эксперементировать с цветовой палитрой.
