Nourish has been subsumed over 4 for multiple effects:
1. Nourish gives a viral buff to your weapons and also applies to Breach Surge sparks (thereby double dipping final breach surge damage). This damage buff also applies to your team mates.
2. Nourish gives a huge energy multiplier to sustain energy economy while at 45% efficiency without needing arcane energize. This affects the passive energy gain by Archon Stretch which is triggered by shock motes, as well as multiple circuit decrees such as Morale Boost and Bounce Back.
3. On taking damage, Nourish creates an AOE of forced viral proc and brief stagger. This can be triggered either by enemies shooting you or via combat discipline.

AMP BUILD: x46 e.g. 746. Phahd Scaffold is a homing disc that can seek out and kill enemies, capable of killing levelcap with decrees. I have recently swapped to 6 (Plaga) Brace for low recharge delay, essentially allowing constant Phahd spam.

FOCUS SCHOOL: Unairu with Caustic wave to armor strip enemies as needed.
PRIORITY DECREES:
Morale Boost: 5 energy /s generation boosted to approximately 15+/s by Nourish.
Bombastine's Malice: Surge sparks often headshot and can proc 150% toxin status, which is boosted by Twofold Torment. Toxin status damage can create another surge spark.
Twofold Torment: Double toxin damage from bombastines
Close Contagion: Spreads toxin procs from Bombastines, electric procs from shock motes
Fearsome Bonanza R5: Up to 100% dmg for every enemy affected by status in 20m. Huge damage boost.
Critical Frost: Crits from amp deal cold damage and cold status.
Shattering Frost R3: Deal up to 240% dmg with cold status.
Vicious Barb: Double critical damage of sparks and amp
Persistent Attrition: Increases damage vulnerability after each amp shot
