Pepper Aloo Recipe
Chop potatoes in smaller cubes and keep aside. To a pan add some ghee (ghee adds flavour to this dish) and kalonji (onion seeds). To this add potatoes, water and salt. Cover and cook on low to medium flame. In the end add lots of pepper or as per your taste. Serve hot with paranthas !!

English breakfast Recipe
This is an easy recipe where there is a combination of a variety of elements. Saute vegetables of your choice and keep them aside. Cook sausage/bacon in a pan and keep aside. Heat up canned baked beans. Cook hash browns/frozen tikki in a pan. Make sunny side up or eggs in a way that you like for instance omelette. Display everything together either in a plate or in a buffet style, depending on the quantity you are making.

Beetroot Pancake Recipe
1 Cup Ragi Flour, 2 tbsp Besan,
2tbsp flax seeds powdered, water,
1 beetroot, 80g paneer
1 tsp Ajwain seeds, 1 small onion chopped
2tbsp coriander leaves
Salt as per taste

Mix ragi, besan and flax seeds powder with water and rest for 5 minutes
On the side blend beet, paneer along with 2-3tbsp water into a puree
Combine everything and enjoy !!

Green Cutlet Recipe
To boiled and mashed potatoes ,add spinach and peas puree. To this also add bread crumbs to bring it all together.
Spices add to this cutlet are :- Salt, Red chilli powder, jeera powder, chat masala and a touch of pepper
Combine everything and form cutlets. Deep fry or shallow fry and serve hot!!

French Toast Recipe
Dunk breads in an egg mixture which has eggs, milk, sugar, cinnamon and vanilla essence. Cook the breads in a pan over low heat. Keep adding some more mixture bit by bit to make the bread more fluffy and soft by texture. Top the cooked toast with maple syrup and serve alongside coffee or a drink of your choice !!
