Wild Garlic Season is in full swing and here is a super easy way to make delicious pesto to serve with bread, on pasta or however you love your pesto! It is super easy and requires just a couple of extra ingredients.
You can even make it vege / vegan if you want to use a parmesan replacement :)
Wild Garlic Pesto
Roughly cut 3 handfuls wild garlic
Chop a garlic clove
Grate some lemon zest and juice half a lemon
Grate about 60g of parmesan (or your alternative)
Throw all of that and 50g toasted pine nuts with olive oil into a food processor and blitz it up into a nice pesto paste…. Salt and pepper to taste 🙌
