The second phase of elections for Uttar Pradesh has begun today. Along with Uttar Pradesh, Goa and Uttarakhand have also gone to polls today and it is now being reported that a malpractice complaint has now been registered in Porvorim. A complaint has been raised for malpractice in booths 8 and 10 of a centre in Porvorim. The presiding officer received a complaint that voters were being manipulated and there was interference while citizens were casting their votes.
Mirror Now's correspondent Aruneel reports live from Panjim and also adds that Utpal Parrikar and CM Pramod Sawant have already cast their votes from their respective constituencies.
