The IEEE-KFUEIT-SB Congress NEXUS’26, a two-day flagship event themed “Advancing Technology for Humanity,” officially commenced at Khwaja Fareed University of Engineering & Information Technology (KFUEIT), Rahim Yar Khan.
The congress was inaugurated by the Pro Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Shehzad Murtaza along with honorable guests, while the Worthy Vice Chancellor, Prof. Ir. Dr. Amir Azam Khan, addressed the participants. In his inspiring address, he emphasized the role of emerging technologies in tackling modern challenges, promoting sustainable development, and strengthening collaboration between academia, research, and industry. He encouraged students and young professionals to focus on innovation-driven research for societal betterment.
The event was held under the guidance and supervision of Engr. Dr. Shahid Atiq ( Chairman ), Department of Electrical & Biomedical Engineering, whose leadership played a pivotal role in the successful organization of the congress.
