Jay broke out of the mold with his latest Honda big-bore build. Instead of the 250’s he usually beefs up, Jay took a timid 2015 CRF450R and transformed it into a beast – Goliath, as Dirt Bike Magazine lovingly calls it. The later model CRF450s have a reputation for being the weaker bike in the class but with a new pumped-up 478 CC top end, this bike is anything but submissive. Contributing to its power is a complete Cylinder Works Big Bore Kit that increases the bore by 3mm which includes a Vertex piston and complete top-end Cometic gasket set. A Hot Cams Stage 2 camshaft, Hinson Clutch, FMF Megabomb Header and FMF Factory-4.1 RCT Dual Aluminum Silencers elevate the power and performance of this monster 450R even more.
