尊者密勒日巴！是即身成就的修行典範，只要聽見祂的名字，生起信心，將能七世不墮惡道。

#密勒日巴 尊者之所以卓越非凡，即是由於他的證量與泰然自若。他猶如你所驚訝的老者那般苦難而精進苦修；猶如你所敬佩的尊者那般逍遙自在而遊戲人間；猶如你渴仰的上師那般慈憫大悲而傳奇不斷。在西藏佛教史上，密勒日巴絕對是修行最好的典範，並令大手印等教法代代傳承、利益無數的修行者。

諸壇城主上師相應法虇佛於諸密續中虇一再讚頌。「上師修法中虇密勒日巴自在尊者虇僅聞其名號虇能於七世中虇斷三惡道之門。」尊者親授記。現前安住雙運之果位虇加持輪迴涅槃一切有情境由祈請故虇尊者慈悲護念虇無比加持力降臨。願一切有緣弟虇為尊者密勒日巴所攝持。

#Milarepa, Tibet’s Great Yogi is known for his great determination to achieve Buddhahood in a single lifetime, for his great struggles, and for his teaching through song. His teacher was the great master, Marpa the Translator, who helped Milarepa attain Buddhahood despite his seemingly unsurmountable obstacles and a previous practice of black magic. Milarepa is an inspiration to us all, encouraging us to have confidence to overcome our own many obstructions. This chanting practice encourages practitioners and provides a blessing that we may too achieve enlightenment in this very lifetime.

This practice of the Guru, central figure of all mandalas, is praised again and again by the victors in all tantras. Lord Mila, the Guru, lord of siddhas, promised that the mere hearing of his name would close the door to the lower realms for seven lifetimes. Now he dwells in the kingdom of the great unity, blessing samsara and nirvana, animate and inanimate, alike. When called, he surely looks with compassion and showers the faithful with blessings. May all beings who have contact with it be embraced by the Great Jetsun Repa.
