They say life is better when you dance - this is exactly what the staff at Karl Bremer Hospital in Cape Town believe. To celebrate themselves for International Nurses Day last week and all the hard work they have been doing during this difficult time of Covid-19 - they decided to lift the spirits of those around them with dance. But little did they know this video has lifted the spirits of thousands of South Africans as it has gone viral.
