Here I'm using BM3 to test the VANOS actuators. Using cruise control to keep the revs even to really see the big deviation from the requested value. This is also visible on auto logging but this is a really easy way to check on the fly.
You can use the same values on intake values as well. They are about 43€ a piece so for piece of mind change both. Usually the exhaust will have more deviation in values.
