In this video we will show you 27 different variations for a PUSH UP. Normal PUSH UPs exercise the pectoral muscles, triceps, and anterior deltoids, but adding this variations we will also gain wrist flexibility, shoulder strength, arm strength and core strength.
You will find how the distance between both hands (widening or narrowing them), the wrist rotation (internal and external) and the position of the hands (one more up than the other) can change the whole push up game.
