Autofrettage Analysis in Calculix Tutorial | Salome | CAE4U | Elastic-Plastic simulation

Описание: This video presents simulation of the effect Autofrettage process on a Thick Cylinder. Unlike a software tutorial, a background about the process is provided to understand the usefulness. The FE model development had been discussed and a complete tutorial, from creating the geometry, meshing, applying boundary conditions, solving and post processing is presented. At the end a discussion on the solution is provided for completeness.

All of his work had been carried out with open source software, which demonstrates its usefulness and industry relevance.
