Описание: Join me as I HARVEST and TASTE some amazing HIGHBUSH CRANBERRIES - CRANBERRIES that you grow on trees! Viburnum trilobum. Learn when the best time for harvest is, and how long the fruit can stay in the tree and still be able to provide a meal for your family! Plus learn how you can preserve this fruit and propagate this tree easily and increase the yeild of your FOOD FOREST, while feeding your LOCAL NATIVE WILDLIFE as well! Cardinals love to eat the fruit of higbush cranberry. It's scientific name is Viburnum trilobum, also known as Viburnum opulus var. americanum. If you watch until the end, you will be able to see how beautiful the tree is in May, when it is in full bloom!
I will also be talking about how you can protect your garden and decrease foraging in your garden using highbush cranberry. As well, I will give you some tools on how you can learn if your local native wildlife has enough food or not, and on identifying and dealing with invasive species.
