--- Gifts that are highly practical are not always appropriate (like a husband giving his wife cleaning supplies)! However, sometimes a practical gift is so transformative it changes the receiver’s life!

--- Jesus (the God-man) is exactly what we needed/need! He is the perfect, permanent, perpetual solution to the overwhelming human problems of sin, death, evil, guilt, judgment, and separation from God.

--- Receiving the Gift of Jesus’ presence at Christmas is the PERFECT (not to mention ONLY) solution to humanities predicament! Please accept the perfect Gift of Jesus Christ!

my advocate is on high. 20 My intercessor is my friend as my eyes pour out tears to God; 21 on behalf of a man he pleads with God as one pleads for a friend.”

o 1 John 2:1 “My dear children, I write this to you so that you will not sin. But if anybody does sin, we have an advocate with the Father-Jesus Christ, the Righteous One.”
