3 cups cubbed beetroot
1 can chickpeas
1 to 2 slices Feta cheese
1/2 red onion thinly sliced
2 cups rocket
Lemon and black pepper seasoning
Aromat
Paprika
Dried parsley
4 tbsp syrup (Maple or honey)
2 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
1 tsp wholegrain or dijon mustard
1/4 cup vegetable oil
